There’s an item missing from my delivery. What should I do?
Some of our items are so popular that they can go out of stock super quickly. Unfortunately that means that occasionally we’re not able to send you all the items in your order.
You should have received an email from us confirming this and advising of a refund being processed for the missing item. Depending on how you paid please allow the following times for your refund to appear in your account

I’ve received the wrong item, what should I do?
We’re really sorry that something’s gone wrong. Please return the item to us for an exchange (subject to the correct item being in stock), or full refund if you prefer. If the correct item is no longer in stock we’ll issue a full refund.

What is costume jewellery?
Costume jewellery means that the item is plated with and not made from a precious metal (i.e. silver, gold or platinum). Costume jewellery is plated with Gold, Silver or Rhodium.

How do I store and clean the jewellery?
Avoid allowing the jewellery to come into contact with every day chemicals such as soap, perfume, deodorant, etc, as these chemicals will damage the plating on the jewellery. Salt water also has the same effect. So avoid wearing your jewellery whilst bathing and swimming. Polishing the item gently with a soft cloth should restore its lustre.

Can I wear the jewellery if I have sensitive skin?
